Meet the wonderful people who make CCNZ happen!
I have been involved in CCNZ for nearly 10 years in the role of Office Manager and Finance. As of January 2018, I will be reducing my hours and just doing the Accounting role of 2 days per week. On a personal level, I have three daughters and five grandchildren and have been married to Bruce for 2 ½ years. My passion is for youth to come to Christ and I firmly believe that God brought me to this role in Christian Camping and I am grateful for this period of my life to be able to contribute to our mission, if not directly, but through accounting and managing the finances.
Alicia believes in the power of Christian Camping to change lives, grow young leaders, and impact society. With a Masters in Counselling and a history of working with young people, Alicia delivers training and development across NZ. Alicia believes in investing and training people so that they can pursue the potential of who they were created to be.
Fiona Diack serves as the Media Administrator in the CCNZ office. Fiona is responsible for writing, editing and co-ordinating all our communications and publications for our members through Zoom In Newsletters, and social media like Facebook, our website, blog, pinterest and twitter. Fiona attended CYC Ngaruawahia as a child and has gone on to work with children and youth at camps and in her church over the years. Fiona is married to Jeff, a primary school teacher and has 4 adorable children. Fiona loves to make the things she finds on Pinterest, baking and eating great food with her friends but especially loves spending time at the lake with her family.
I will be working alongside the current team with events, training and connecting, so you will be seeing me around a lot! I grew up in Christian Camping and lived at camp and then attending kids camps for many years, so am super excited to be part of Christian Camping as it has had such a positive impact on my life. In the last 15 months I have moved back to Taupō, having spent the last several years studying and working in Auckland. I am passionate about sustainable living and am absolutely loving being back in beautiful Taupō
