Chalets and Cabins for sale

We have someone who is selling 17 chalets and cabins (one of them above).  They are all built to the building code and are located at Pokeno near Auckland.  There is good access for truck and trailer.  Transport is arranged and paid for by the Purchaser. Cabins are priced between $7,000 - $7,500 and chalets are $10,000 plus any applicable GST.  To buy the lot is between $100-$125K.   However, this is open to offers.  The owner is happy to take you to view them.
